Refund Policy – JS Rental Services

We aim to make the refund process smooth and transparent after an approved cancellation.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only when:

The cancellation request meets the 3–5 day policy

JS Rental Services approves the cancellation

The customer has made an advance or full payment

Refunds are not eligible in the following cases:

Last-minute cancellations (less than 3 days)

Orders already dispatched or delivered

Damage or misuse of rented items (in case of deposit refunds)

2. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.

3. Bank/Payment Gateway Timelines

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

JS Rental Services is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Convenience fees, delivery charges, or service charges are non-refundable.

Any damage charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
