Cancellation Policy – JS Rental Services

At JS Rental Services, we strive to deliver the best rental experience. We understand that plans can change, and therefore we offer a transparent and simple cancellation process.

1. Cancellation Window

Customers can request cancellation 3–5 days before the scheduled delivery or service date.

Requests made less than 3 days before the delivery date may not be eligible for cancellation.

Same-day or last-minute cancellations are not permitted once the product is dispatched or the service is assigned.

Reason for cancellation

3. Cancellation Approval

Cancellations are reviewed and approved based on our policy timeline.

If the request meets the 3–5 day window, it will be processed.

Orders already dispatched, delivered, or prepared for dispatch cannot be cancelled.

4. Cancellation Charges

JS Rental Services may apply a processing fee on cancellations depending on the order type.

Processing fees (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of cancellation approval.
